Billing & Insurance
PNW Brain Rehab is in-network with WA Labor & Industries (L&I).
We are out-of-network with any other insurance providers.
If you would like to use your insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network benefits and determine whether pre-authorization is needed.
While we can supply an itemized receipt for you to submit for possible reimbursement, we cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover the services.
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Services will take place either in person at your home (case-by-case basis depending on your location) or via Telehealth. We can also provide a hybrid approach with a combination of both in-person and telehealth services, depending on the needs of each patient.

Yes, we will need to complete an evaluation before treatment can start in order to establish a baseline and determine what areas to focus on in therapy.

Yes, caregivers and family members are more than welcome to join therapy sessions as long as the patient consents to having them present and the caregiver agrees to follow guidelines so that the sessions are as productive and positive as possible.
