Miranda Gendreau, M.S., CCC-SLP, CBIS
Owner & Speech-Language Pathologist

With over seven years of experience as a speech therapist, I created PNW Brain Rehabilitation to fill a gap in care for adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, and other neurological conditions. I specialize in functional therapy that helps clients restore essential life skills and reconnect with what matters most.

My approach to speech therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your goals, your challenges, and your support system— so we can make meaningful progress together.

Outside the clinic, I’m often hiking in the Pacific Northwest, planning my next travel adventure, or curled up with a book and my two fluffy cats. I believe healing is possible, and I’m here to help you move forward with confidence.
