Billing & Insurance
PNW Brain Rehab is in-network with Premera and WA L&I.
We are out-of-network with all other insurance providers at this time, including Medicare and Medicaid.
We also accept private payment and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company upon request. Please check with your insurance company before starting therapy to determine your out-of-network eligibility and coverage.

Services will take place either in person at our office in Woodinville or via Telehealth. We can also provide a hybrid approach with a combination of both in-person and telehealth services, depending on the needs of each patient.
Please note that all swallowing and cognitive evaluations will need to take place in person at our office. Speech and language evaluations can be done via telehealth or in person.

Yes, we will need to complete an evaluation before treatment can start in order to establish a baseline and determine what areas to focus on in therapy.

Yes, caregivers and family members are more than welcome to join therapy sessions as long as the patient consents to having them present and the caregiver agrees to follow guidelines so that the sessions are as productive and positive as possible.
