
Helpful Information About Working with PNW Brain Rehabilitation
Billing & Insurance
PNW Brain Rehab is in-network with WA Labor & Industries (L&I) and Premera Blue Cross.
We are out-of-network with all other insurance providers at this time, including Medicare and Medicaid.
For those who are not covered under these plans, we accept private payment and will provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance company before starting therapy to determine your out-of-network eligibility and coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where will services be provided?
Services will take place either in person at your home (case-by-case basis depending on your location) or via Telehealth. We can also provide a hybrid approach with a combination of both in-person and telehealth services, depending on the needs of each patient.
Is and evaluation required prior to starting therapy?
Yes, we will need to complete an evaluation before treatment can start in order to establish a baseline and determine what areas to focus on in therapy.
Can my caregiver/family member be present for my sessions?
Yes, caregivers and family members are more than welcome to join therapy sessions as long as the patient consents to having them present and the caregiver agrees to follow guidelines so that the sessions are as productive and positive as possible.
